4. Payment and Refunds
  • Payments for courses and Services are required according to the payment schedule stated in the student’s enrollment agreement.
  • All fees and tuition payments are non-refundable except where cancellation is permitted under Section 5 below or where otherwise required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not alter an existing student’s agreed tuition obligation unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • All tuition must be paid in full before a student is eligible to receive a completion certificate, schedule any certification exam, or be paired for externship opportunities.
5. Important Tuition Cancellation, Program Pause and Withdrawal Policy

Please read this section carefully before enrolling. Enrollment in a Medical Prep program creates a financial obligation for the full tuition amount stated in the student’s enrollment agreement, subject only to the cancellation period described below.

5.1 Three-Day Enrollment Cancellation Period

A student may cancel their enrollment within three (3) calendar days after the date of enrollment and receipt of their first lesson. To exercise this cancellation right, the student must provide Medical Prep with a clear written cancellation request within the three-calendar-day period.

After the three-day cancellation period has expired, the student’s tuition may no longer be canceled, and all tuition obligations under the enrollment agreement will remain in full force and effect.

5.2 Discontinuing Studies or Withdrawing From the Program

A student may choose to discontinue participation or withdraw from the program at any time. However, withdrawing from, discontinuing, or ceasing participation in the program after the three-day cancellation period:

  • Does not constitute cancellation of the student’s tuition agreement.
  • Does not cancel or reduce the total tuition amount owed.
  • Does not release the student from their financial obligations.
  • Does not eliminate any unpaid or remaining tuition balance.
  • Does not automatically entitle the student to a refund of amounts already paid.
5.3 Program Pause

Subject to Medical Prep’s approval and applicable academic requirements, a student may request to pause their studies for a maximum period of two (2) months. A program pause temporarily suspends the student’s academic participation only.

A program pause does not cancel the student’s enrollment agreement, reduce the total tuition amount, or release the student from any payment obligations. Unless Medical Prep agrees otherwise in writing, tuition payments will remain due according to the payment schedule in the enrollment agreement.

5.4 Remaining Tuition Balance

Following the expiration of the three-day cancellation period, any remaining tuition balance will remain due and payable according to the agreed payment terms, regardless of:

  • Whether the student completes the course or program.
  • The student’s participation or attendance level.
  • The student’s academic progress or performance.
  • Whether the student accesses or uses all available lessons or course materials.
  • Whether the student pauses, discontinues, or withdraws from the program.
  • Whether the student pursues certification, examination, or externship opportunities.
5.5 Student Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a Medical Prep program, the student acknowledges and agrees that withdrawing from, discontinuing, or pausing the program after the three-day cancellation period does not eliminate, cancel, or reduce the student’s responsibility for the remaining tuition balance.

The student further acknowledges that academic participation and tuition obligations are separate matters. A decision not to continue participating in the program does not cancel the financial commitment made under the enrollment agreement.

6. Certification, Exam Scheduling and Externships
  • Students must have their full tuition paid before being issued a course completion certificate.
  • Exam scheduling or approval to take any certification-related exam is only granted once tuition is fully paid.
  • Externship pairing or placement assistance is only available to students who have completed the program and paid all tuition in full.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, course materials, and logos, is the property of Medical Prep or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or sharing is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medical Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable Services, except where a different limitation is required by law.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our accounts, Site, systems, or Services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if a student violates these Terms, fails to satisfy applicable payment obligations, or engages in unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Suspension or termination of access does not cancel an outstanding tuition balance or release the student from financial obligations under the enrollment agreement.
